Refund Policy

Everything you need to know about refunds and eligibility.

Due to the digital and instantaneous nature of our products, Serenity Mods maintains a strict no-refund policy.

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including:

  • Change of mind
  • Accidental purchase
  • Dissatisfaction with the product
  • Game updates causing the cheat to stop working
  • Receiving a ban (account or hardware)

Exception:
If you paid but did not receive access to the product, contact meetvital with proof of payment within 48 hours. We will attempt to manually provide access, but this does not entitle you to a refund.

Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving your product is strictly prohibited and will result in:

  • Immediate permanent ban from Serenity Mods
  • Revocation of all licenses
  • Potential legal action for recovery of fees and damages
