By joining our Discord server, purchasing any product, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not join or make any purchases.

1. Products and Services
Serenity Mods provides digital cheats, hacks, loaders, configs, and related software ("Mods" or "Cheats") for various video games.

2. License & Reselling Rights
Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable (except as permitted below), revocable license to use the purchased product.

Reselling Permission:
Serenity Mods explicitly allows reselling of the products you purchase from us. You may resell the Cheats to third parties, provided that:

  • The buyer agrees to these Terms of Service.
  • You do not modify, crack, or repackage the files in any way that removes our branding or protection.

Prohibited Actions:

  • Sharing or leaking the Cheats for free
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or modifying the Cheats beyond simple reselling

3. Access
Access to purchased products is provided through Discord roles, private channels, download links, or loaders. We reserve the right to revoke access at any time for violations of these Terms.

4. No Guarantees
All products are provided “AS IS” without any warranty. We do not guarantee:

  • Undetected status (Even though it is undetected most of the time.
  • Compatibility with future game updates
  • Prevention of bans (account or hardware bans)
  • Continuous functionality

You use our products entirely at your own risk.

5. User Conduct
You agree not to:

  • File chargebacks after receiving the product
  • Harass members or staff
  • Leak any purchased files

6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Serenity Mods and its owner shall not be liable for any damages, including account bans, financial losses, or indirect damages arising from the use or reselling of our products.

7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason.

8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the server after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
